Roadmap Update


Hi Towerbound friends!

Hope you are all enjoying the Halloween update and getting lots of sweet builds going.


Wanted to give you all an update on what to expect in the next version. The big news is Coral Magic is coming up next. The themes of these cards will be fragile towers that build themselves, damage that scales with how big your tower is, and trap like urchin spikes that can persist between nights if they aren't destroyed.

Here's some real life coral towers for inspiration:

Dive into the depths where towering corals create a majestic underwater city, standing resiliently in the clear blue waters. These natural structures, basking in the sunlight filtering through the water, form intricate habitats for various marine life. The beauty and complexity of this marine ecosystem are highlighted by the play of light and the diverse textures and colors of the coral formations.

The other major focus will be allowing you to mix and match wizards and two different magic types. So you could be an arcane wizard that focuses on Fortress magic, and has a minor focus on the new Coral magic.

This will eventually form the progression system for the game: unlock new magic types, and gain more horizontal opportunities to explore different synergies as you tackle the difficulties.
